1. The service

2. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account. Lesson content, videos and test material are licensed to you personally for your own learning — not for redistribution, resale or public sharing.

3. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, subject to the usual exceptions once digital content has been accessed with your consent.

4. Acceptable use

Don't share your account, scrape or republish lesson content, or use the WhatsApp channel to send abusive or unlawful messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp before they take effect.
